Dr. Howenstine is an American-trained medical doctor who uses a treatment that has been around for over a year. It is the "Life One Protocol." When a person cannot take supplements, he may use the Cesium Chloride / DMSO Protocol and/or the Cesium Chloride / Chemotherapy Protocol.
