Books - Cancer Politics

The Drug Story [1949], by Morris A. Bealle

This book is the classic text on the politics of medicine. He covers the Rockefeller takeover of "modern medicine" in great detail. As a journalist he knew how to do research and he knew how to write.

Almost all other books on this subject, whether they admit it or not, use this book as a major reference.

I do not think this book is sold new anymore, but it is available on the Internet. Just copy this string (quotes included) into Google:
"exalted properties of an Aspirin tablet"

Murder By Injection [1988], by Mr. Eustace Mulling

This is another classic book on the politics of medicine and the Rockefeller takeover. This book adds a lot of evidence not contained in The Drug Story and includes a lot of other subjects. A must-read book!!

Many books and articles have been written on what a noble person John D. Rockefeller, Sr. (ad nauseum) was. Actually, to keep from being considered a public monster he and others spent many millions of dollars deceiving the general public and even had staffs of people doing public relations work. But make no mistake about it, "modern medicine" was the result of people who had no concern for others.

This book is probably no longer sold new, but it is on the Internet. Copy this string (quotes included) into Google:
"she had been sitting in the fumigation chamber"

World Without Cancer - The Story of Vitamin B17, by G. Edward Griffin

While the title of this book is about the development of laetrile (i.e. Vitamin B17) and its use against cancer, about half of the book is on the history of the politics of cancer. While the medical history (i.e. conspiracy) sections in this book are not as large as the other books, it is still a must-have book.

It also details how John D. Rockefeller, Sr. literally converted all medical schools into prescription drug-teaching institutions. Most people consider what Rockefeller did was heroic, however, it was a disaster because it spelled doom for Mother Nature's treatments and many, many, many millions of patients.

Rockefeller also joined with I.G. Farben (which helped bring Hitler to power) in 1928 to create the greatest medical cartel which ever existed (and it still exists).

Rockefeller used "foundations" (which are really used to avoid taxes) to supercharge his profits and his control over medicine. The phrase "absolute corruption" is totally inadequate to describe what Rockefeller achieved.

The Rockefellers - An American Dynasty, by Peter Collier & David Horowitz

This is a pro-Rockefeller book!! Nevertheless, it contains a vast amount of information about how the consecutive generations of Rockefellers have dominated society and medicine.

Suppressed Medical Science [NEW BOOK in 2011], by Jack Phillips

The drive behind this book is to support a constitutional amendment for "Freedom of Choice in Medicine." That is certainly a worthy cause!! This book covers the history of the medical establishment, with special criticism of the AMA.

It also covers a wide range of topics which includes cancer and many other diseases. Included in the topics are examples of the persecution of many people who knew how to cure different diseases.

While this book talks about treatments for various diseases, it should not be considered a "treatment" book.

Overall, there is a lot of good information in the book.

Here is where to buy the book new:
Far Country Press

Holocaust American Style [2009], by Dr. James R. Walker, JD

This book covers the history of orthodox medicine, though like so many other authors he focuses on the AMA rather than the Rockefellers. He also talks a lot about current day organizations and medical practices.

He also discusses in some detail the treatment of various diseases and he is to be commended for being very current in his research, though I would not use this book as a treatment book for advanced cancer.

Overall, a highly recommended book.

Prescription For Profits, by Linda Marsa

This book tracks the rise and fall of science research since the second world war. The lure of riches drove an explosion of pharmaceutical companies (e.g. the biotech industry), but "this marriage between medical research and corporate money has transformed our nation's health, and not always for the public's good."

However, like so many other books, she makes a gigantic blunder in assuming that Rockefeller and Carnegie were good people who were interested in the welfare of others. She must have read the PR releases. Quite the opposite was true as other books verify.

On the Take - How Medicine's Complicity With Big Business Can Endanger Your Health, by Jerome P. Kassirer, M.D.

This book discusses many of the tactics used by orthodox medicine, the pharmaceutical industry, and others. Sample topics are:
Ghostwriting in medical journals,
Free gifts, free meals, free education, etc. (i.e. bribes),
Conflicts of interest (several types),
Tainted information,
Professional organizations,
Corruption in research,
etc.

The Persecution and Trial of Gaston Naessens, by Christopher Bird

Gaston Naessens is the genius who discovered the 16 phases of the "cancer microbe." While others had noted that the cancer microbe was pleomorphic, even dating back to 1890, it was Naessens who put the entire picture together. The information in this book is critical for cancer researchers. Gaston Naessens may be the world's best cancer researcher since Dr. Royal Rife. Naessens was shut down by Canadian authorities and Rife was shut down by American authorities in the 1930s.

When Healing Becomes a Crime, by Kenny Ausubel

The story of the Hoxey Cancer Clinics and his battle with the American Medical Association, National Cancer Institute, FDA and Texas medical authorities, ad nauseum. Eventually he was driven into Mexico, etc.

Politics in Healing, by Daniel Haley

The suppression and manipulatation of American medicine. The persecution of Hoxsey, Koch, Rife, Krebiozen, Ivy, Jacob, Naessens, Becker, Kirsch, Gold, Burzynski, etc. This quote says it all: "As for the FDA, between 2/3 and 3/4 of its employees take jobs in the pharmaceutical companies (the very sector they were regulating) upon retiring from the government."

The Cancer Blackout, by Maurice Natenberg

A history of denied and suppressed remedies and the methods used to discredit independent cancer researchers and their treatments. A long list of persecuted alternative cancer treatments which existed prior to 1959.

The Persecuted Drug - The Story of DMSO, by Pat McGrady, Sr.

A superb book on the persecution and use of DMSO.

What Your Doctor Won't (or Can't) Tell You, by Evan S. Levine, M.D.

He states "We doctors have been silent for too long. Some of are more interested in getting rich than in helping our patients get well. It is high time someone blew the whistle."

Topics include: doctors who perform procedures (to make money) they are not qualified to do; the pressure on doctors by the pharmaceutical industry, tricks doctors use to increase their profits, the risk of clinical trials, lousy and dangerous food at hospitals, and how patients can avoid many of the dangers of going to the doctor.

Questioning Chemotherapy, by Ralph W. Moss, Ph.D.

A former writer in the Public Affairs office of the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC), Dr. Moss is well-known for his criticism of the corruption in organized medicine. This book talk about the dark side of chemotherapy and the corruption and fraud surrounding its use.

The Cancer Industry (1996 Update), by Ralph W. Moss, Ph.D.

This book is mostly about well-known alternative cancer treatments and how orthodox medicine downplays these treatments. However, it also discusses orthodox cancer treatments and the corruption in this area of medicine.

Note: An earlier version of this book was called: The Cancer Syndrome.

Severed Trust, by George D. Lundberg, M.D.

The inside story of organized medicine's sell-out to commerce and politics and a hopeful vision for change. Written by a former editor of the JAMA (Journal of the American Medical Association).

Confessions of a Medical Heretic, by Robert S. Mendelsohn, M.D.

This book is not a compliment to the medical profession. He talks about unnecessary and dangerous surgery (e.g. the chapter is called "Ritual Mutilations"), doctors universally giving the wrong drug for a condition, and so on.

He advises patients: "approach the diagnostic procedure with suspicion rather than confidence." He also states: "... doctors turn out to be dishonest, corrupt, unethical, sick, poorly educated, and downright stupid more often than the rest of society."

Racketeering In Medicine, by James P. Carter, M.D.

Corruption in Organized Medicine; the persecution of Gerson, chiropractic, Hoxsey, etc. Talks about kangaroo courts, some state boards, and many other cases. He talks about chelation, dentistry, health insurance, etc. He talks about other countries, the United Nations, etc.

The Assault on Medical Freedom, by P. Joseph Lisa

Roughly half of this book is on the tactics of the medial establishment, politicians, Big Pharma, Big Brother, etc. The other half is on specific cases (not limited to cancer).

Horrors of Vaccination - Exposed and Illustrated, by Charles M. Higgins

This book is a classic on the 1918 flu pandemic. This author details how flu shots, such as those given to the military, led to the majority of the deaths during the pandemic. Did you know members of the military were court-marshaled for refusing to get vaccinations? There is some discussion of the legal issues. This book is something to think about given the current (2009) attempt by CODEX and Big Pharma to innoculate all Americans. The original book was written in 1920, but a reprint of the book can be obtained from this website:
Mother Earth Minerals

Medical Dark Ages Circa 1984, by Ralph R. Hovnanian

This extremely rare book is an incredible resource for detailing the corruption in medicine, the media, etc. Over 250 pages of quotes on various aspects of medicine, plus quotes on many other topics. Only the massive website - www.whale.to - can compete with this book. An incredible resource! Most likely you will have to use Alibris or some other book finder to obtain a copy.

Unhealthy Charities - Hazardous To Your Health and Wealth, by James T. Bennet and Thomas J. DiLorenzo

This book discusses how health charities seem to be more intent on raising funds than helping patients. Among the charities they discuss are the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association and the American Lung Association.

For example, only about 6% of the donations to the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis (forerunner to the March of Dimes) went to research. Analyzing their annual financial reports were a "frustrating undertaking."

Note:

These books are just the "tip of the iceberg" of the books on the corruption in the pharmaceutical industry, the medical industry, etc.
